Shipping Policy Switzerland

This shipping policy supplements our General Terms and Conditions and governs the delivery area, shipping methods, delivery conditions, as well as special requirements for professional equipment.

1. Delivery Areas

Switzerland & Liechtenstein

We deliver by default within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. We deliver to all usual postal codes, provided there are no extraordinary transport obstacles.

International Shipments

International shipments are only made following our prior written confirmation. Delivery time, shipping costs, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Processing is generally carried out within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment or approval of the order. Delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a fixed commitment.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Items in stock: typically 3–4 business days
  • Items not in stock: typically up to 15 business days or according to individual confirmation
  • Bulky goods / pallets / large equipment: typically 2–7 business days, depending on scheduling and delivery circumstances

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, suppliers, customs, weather, public holidays or force majeure do not entitle to compensation.

3. Carriers & Tracking

Shipping is carried out, depending on the product, via parcel service, freight forwarder or our own specialized delivery team. Large equipment, refrigeration units and sensitive machines are delivered, where possible, using appropriate transport and with prior appointment coordination.

For smaller parcels we use suitable carriers depending on availability. After dispatch you will receive — if available — a tracking number or a delivery notification.

4. Standard Delivery and Scope of Services

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, standard delivery only includes transport and delivery to the agreed unloading location or, for freight shipments, typically to the curbside.

Any optionally offered standard assembly or on-site positioning relates exclusively to simple mechanical installation work and does not include official permits or technical commissioning.

5. Installation and Connection Works Not Included

The following services are only owed if they have been expressly agreed in writing as additional services:

  • Gas connections, gas inspections, leak tests, approvals or certifications
  • Electrical connections, high‑voltage connections, adaptation of plugs, fuses or cabling
  • Water, wastewater, osmosis, steam or refrigeration connections
  • Ventilation, exhaust, fire protection, core drilling, anchoring or structural modification works
  • Commissioning, parameterization, instruction, conformity or safety certifications by licensed professionals

To the extent that such services must be performed by licensed or qualified specialists by law, technical requirements or manufacturer specifications, their organization and commissioning shall be the responsibility of the customer, unless we assume this in writing.

6. Obligations of the Customer Prior to Delivery

The customer must ensure in a timely manner that the delivery address, access route, load‑bearing capacity, door widths, staircases, lift, unloading area as well as required connections and environmental conditions are suitable for the ordered equipment.

If delivery, bringing in or positioning is not possible or only possible with additional effort due to insufficient access or installation conditions, additional costs for waiting time, additional trips, storage, equipment or return transport may be charged.

If the customer does not accept a scheduled delivery in time, refuses acceptance without legitimate reason or postpones a confirmed appointment at short notice, additional costs for re‑delivery, interim storage, handling, rental equipment, downtime or return transport may be charged.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown in the checkout or in the individual offer. Additional costs may arise, in particular for liftgate service, hard‑to‑reach regions, island/special deliveries, scheduled deliveries, unsuccessful delivery attempts or special packaging.

For international deliveries, the recipient bears any customs fees, import duties and local taxes.

8. Partial Deliveries & Availability

We are entitled to make reasonable partial deliveries. In the event of delays or unavailability, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and propose an appropriate solution.

If goods are ready for dispatch or collection and delivery is delayed for reasons within the customer's responsibility, we may, after prior notice, charge reasonable storage, preparation and administrative costs.

9. Delivery address, receipt of goods & transport damage

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information, refusal of acceptance or absence may incur additional charges.

The shipment must be inspected immediately upon receipt for completeness, obvious damage and externally visible defects. Visible damage should, where possible, be noted directly on the delivery note or consignment note and reported to us with photos within 48 hours.

Concealed transport damage must be reported immediately upon discovery. Late or insufficiently documented reports may make claims against the carrier more difficult or impossible.

10. Force majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures arising from force majeure, governmental measures, strikes, natural events, supply chain disruptions or other events beyond our control.

11. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Returns and Refunds Policy.
